By using TimelineMap.app you agree to these terms. They are short and written to be read.
The service
TimelineMap.app is a free, ad-supported web tool that opens the data export Google Maps lets you download, and shows it in a readable form. Your file is processed in your browser; see the privacy policy. Opening and browsing your file is free.
Only use the tool with exports you are entitled to open, such as your own. You are responsible for how you use and share anything you export, including other people's names or messages that appear in your data.
The one-time unlock
- The unlock costs €5.99 once (plus any tax shown at checkout). There is no subscription.
- It applies to TimelineMap.app only. Our other tools are separate products with their own unlock.
- It unlocks the paid features listed on the site, such as exports and files above the free size limit. Ads stay on and free viewing stays free.
- It is a personal license. You can use it in any of your browsers via Restore purchase with the email you paid with, or with your license key.
- We may improve or change features over time, but we won't take away a paid feature you bought without offering a refund.
Payments and refunds
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and receipts. Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy's refund handling. If the tool doesn't work with your file, contact us at hello@timelinemap.app and we'll help or arrange a refund. A refunded license is switched off.
No warranty
The tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Export formats change without notice and we can't guarantee every file will open or that every result is complete or accurate. Keep your original export; don't rely on this tool as your only copy of important data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the unlock. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
Trademarks
TimelineMap.app is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Google or Spotify. Google Maps is a trademark of its owner, Google LLC, and is used here only to describe which files the tool reads.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
